PR webdriverio#14859 changed specFileRetries initialization to -1 (unknown) to allow beforeSession hook to override it. The tests were not updated and still expected the config values (2, 3). This updates the test assertions to expect -1, matching the new initialization behavior.

This PR resolves issue #14095, where dynamically added specs in the onPrepare hook (e.g., via wdio-qunit-service) were not reflected in the test runner's statistics, such as the total worker count and completion percentage.
Root Cause: The
CLInterface
(responsible for the CLI UI) was instantiated and initialized with a worker count computed before the onPrepare hook was executed. Consequently, any specs added by services or plugins during this phase were ignored by the UI, even though they were executed.

By moving the interface initialization later in the
run
sequence, we naturally accommodate any configuration mutations made during the preparation phase. The added guards ensure that if a runner fails to initialize, the user sees the actual error message rather than a secondary crash related to an uninitialized UI component.
