PR webdriverio#14859 changed specFileRetries initialization to -1 (unknown) to allow beforeSession hook to override it. The tests were not updated and still expected the config values (2, 3). This updates the test assertions to expect -1, matching the new initialization behavior.

Root Cause
When LocalRunner.shutdown() was called, it sent endSession commands to workers and waited up to 5 seconds for them to become non-busy. However, if a worker remained busy (e.g., a test timed out while running a polling loop), the process was never force-killed, allowing async operations to leak into subsequent tests
This PR fixes an issue where worker processes that don't shut down gracefully
