Retains some workarounds that cause issues with generation: * `GPUPipelineError`'s first argument remains required; see also [`rustwasm/wasm-bindgen`wasm-bindgen#3480](wasm-bindgen#3480). * `[AllowShared] BufferSource data` arguments in `GPUQueue` methods are not yet changed to `AllowSharedBufferSource data`.
