These commands should use "volt list -f" internally. * volt profile show * volt profile list
If repos.Version and HEAD revision is mismatched, "volt get {repos}"
updates lock.json revision to HEAD.
If updated, show informational message to user.
[volt build] Show warning when HEAD and locked revision are different
Update submodules on install or upgrade
template.FuncMap is reference type. It is unnecessary to pass by pointer.
