The command enable/disable loading vimrc/gvimrc.

profile use [-current | {name}] vimrc [true | false]
profile use [-current | {name}] gvimrc [true | false]

But this command is not necessary, because if a user want to disable vimrc/gvimrc, just remove or rename $VOLTPATH/rc/<profile>/vimrc.vim or $VOLTPATH/rc/<profile>/gvimrc.vim.
