Support better login experience from cursor / claude

Note

Low Risk Change

This PR modifies CLI login UX to auto-open browser for authentication instead of waiting for user input, which is a flow change but does not alter authentication security - the same device authorization flow is used.

  • Removes manual [ENTER] prompt, auto-opens browser for device auth flow
  • Adds Cursor agent detection to control browser-opening behavior in CI
  • Graceful fallback with instructions when browser fails to open

Risk assessment for commit 265367b.

## @vercel/python@6.13.0

### Minor Changes

- Add runtime dependency install to support larger Python functions
([#14976](#14976))

This adds logic to calculate the total size of a lambda at build time
and offload dependencies
to a \_runtime_requirements.txt file so they can be installed at runtime
by uv. This allows us to
deploy functions up to the total size of the /tmp folder.

([#14986](#14986))

## @vercel/go@3.4.1

- Forward Go and Ruby dev server output through `startDevServer`
stdout/stderr callbacks so service logs are correctly prefixed in
