- Add 'TproxyExcludedInterfaces' to settings with a default list of common interfaces.
- Replace hardcoded interface exclusions in tproxy and redirect logic with the new configurable setting.
- Add UI field and translations for the new setting.
Removes the rule that prevented WireGuard (wg*) interfaces from being processed by the TProxy setup, enabling wg peers to correctly route their traffic through the configured proxy gateway.
