This patch removes `.ruby-version` from the repo as it was breaking the build on `18f-pages`. https://pages.18f.gov/designstandards/build.log ``` HEAD is now at 0491dce Merge pull request #1054 from 18F/v0.9.x rbenv: version `2.2.3' is not installed (set by /usr/local/18f/pages/repos/pages.18f.gov/web-design-standards/.ruby-version) ```
Remove `.ruby-version`;
Removing the ignorance of the `docs/*` files and directories that are generated via gulp. This is necessary because of how the `18f-pages` server generates Jekyll-based sites. This project relies too heavily on gulp at the moment and there is no gulp support for `18f-pages` _yet_.
Update ignorance; Or, have the site deployable via `18f-pages` using `jekyll_build`
