`test` dep group doesn't seem to install automatically

**Motivation**
This got picked up with deptry when I was doing a demo. I might need to move away from `test` and only use `dev` for simplicity. Some investigation required.

**Summary of desired enhancement**
Assume that a fresh project using `usethis tool pytest` and `usethis tool deptry` don't lead to deptry errors.
