Removing deptry should also remove pyproject.toml configuration

**Motivation**
Since we aren't adding any pyproject.toml section associated with deptry, I think we also might not be removing this section. This should be tested

**Summary of desired enhancement**
Remove `[tool.deptry]` from `pyproject.toml` when removing deptry.
