re-done it to be similar with https://github.com/urfave/cli/blob/main/command.go#L353

return fmt.Errorf("invalid value %q for flag -%s: %v", val, fName, err)

i.e. error is

invalid value "16000000" for argument port: strconv.ParseUint: parsing "16000000": value out of range
