20-21: Update Redis peerDependency phrasing in CHANGELOG.md

Replace the existing line in CHANGELOG.md (around lines 20–21) with the following to clearly state the exact version range:

- * add Redis 5.x support with backward compatibility with peer dependency to allow ([#11585](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/issues/11585)) ([17cf837](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/commit/17cf837ba9d6dc1878d1ed4bb6b9342e767fa5ac)), closes [#11528](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/issues/11528)
+ * add Redis 5.x support; widen peerDependency range to ^3.1.1 || ^4.0.0 || ^5.0.14 ([#11585](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/issues/11585)) ([17cf837](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/commit/17cf837ba9d6dc1878d1ed4bb6b9342e767fa5ac)), closes [#11528](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/issues/11528)

This matches the peerDependencies.redis entry (^3.1.1 || ^4.0.0 || ^5.0.14).

@michaelbromley might be worth mentioning stringifyObjects is now default for MySQL - users can disable it by setting connectionOptions.extra.stringifyObjects = false

3-7: Promote MySQL default change into a dedicated Security note and add a release-notes link.
This makes the security-related default change more discoverable and consistent with the changelog’s prior “:warning:” notes.

Apply this diff:

-Note: When using MySQL, the setting `stringifyObjects: true` is now the default. This was changed
-in order to patch a potential security vulnerability (see release notes for more detail).
-
-You can revert to the old behaviour by setting `connectionOptions.extra.stringifyObjects = false`.
+### Security
+
+- MySQL driver default change: `stringifyObjects` is now enabled by default to mitigate a potential security issue. See the
+  [0.3.26 release notes](https://github.com/typeorm/typeorm/releases/tag/0.3.26) for details.
+- To revert to the previous behaviour (not recommended), set `connectionOptions.extra.stringifyObjects = false`.

In CHANGELOG.md around line 19, the entry ends with a duplicated issue reference
"closes [#10678] [#10678]"; remove the repeated reference so the line only
includes a single "closes [#10678]" (i.e., delete the extra "[#10678]" at the
end) and keep the rest of the line unchanged.
