Proposed Changes
GraalVM has released 19.3.0 which contained major updates for security libraries. Notably this removes the need for bouncy castle and the workaround for the SunEC warning. Linux and OSX build scripts have been updated to use 19.3.0 and remove the previous workaround.
Testing
Locally e2e tests are passing.
