Description of Changes

• Added light and dark ghaf themes
• Increased the opacity of the top panel from 15% to 50%
• Changed chrome and chromium vms to use the same color
• Changed chrome-vm color to a lighter shade of red

Test Steps To Verify:

1. Boot into Ghaf
2. In the initial setup dialog proceed to the Theme selection page
3. Switch between Light and Dark themes, evaluate 🙂
