Branch confirmation creates a new local branch whenever the entered name does not match an existing remote ref. Previously any "/" in the name forced tracking, which broke prefixed conventions like feature/foo by attempting to track a remote that does not exist. The routing is extracted into a pure helper so it can be tested against a real git fixture without the full TUI.

The branch modal now treats the input as a tracking branch only
when the name exactly matches an entry from
git branch -r.Anything else becomes a new local branch.
The decision is extracted into
pkg/gitso it can be covered by afixture-based test without spinning up the TUI.
To test: in a repo with
origin/mainonly, confirm a name likefeature/PROJ-1-foofrom the branch modal. The local branch iscreated, no error.
