Release v0.29.1 introduces a new option - WithEnv. This commit uses this new option to configure the enterprise license instead of the manual approach taken prior.
I've noticed a typo while reading about this new option.

What does this PR do?
This PR updates the implementation of neo4j enterprise to use the newly added
testcontainers.WithEnvinstead of directly accessing the environment ofreq, which is erroneous.Also, this PR fixes a minor typo in the docs.
Why is it important?
The
Envmap ofreqmay be nil. Also, dog fooding our own API is a good practice.Related issues
How to test this PR
I've tested that this PR does not break
neo4jtests. I trust the CI other than that.
