The Vote struct from the /consensus_state endpoint is not well documented.
(eg Vote{0:0077F68359FE 951197/00/1(Prevote) E40279D1DF4D F66B8B9B9214 @ 2018-11-01T13:02:04.444435578Z})

Right now you need to look at the code to interpret the fields

Would be great if this was better documented
