- actions/checkout v5 -> v6 - actions/upload-artifact v6 -> v7 - actions/download-artifact v6 -> v8 - actions/setup-python v5 -> v6 Previous PRs (#409, #414) updated some actions but missed others or used intermediate versions (v5, v6) that still ran on Node.js 20. This updates ALL actions to their latest major versions which use Node.js 24 natively. Node.js 20 actions are deprecated and will be forced to Node.js 24 starting June 2, 2026.
