What is the issue?
On platforms where we downloads packages from pkgs.tailscale.com for update, we don't delete them after the update. Typically it's not a problem, because we download packages to the platform temp directory that gets cleaned out on reboot. But on some systems that run for a long time, this can fill up the volume.
Steps to reproduce
Run tailscale update a bunch, e.g. for unstable track.
