For Synctrain, the default is WARN unless you enable debug logging. This solution seemed a bit cleaner to me than introducing a parameter or option to change this (given the earlier discussion on Syncthing 'API' surface). |

To be perfectly honest, I think the startup benchmark could be removed. Most CPUs have hardware acceleration nowadays, so we're just showing off fancy numbers. Even for low-end hardware, it's questionable how useful it is. What is the user supposed to do based on the results? Buy better hardware? 😅 |

Purpose
On startup, a CPU benchmark is performed that delays start by 3*150ms. This is not a long time but also quite unnecessary, and especially on mobile eats the battery unnecessarily.
This change only executes the benchmark if the logging level INFO is enabled. If it is not enabled, the result is not going anywhere. If a tree falls in a forest and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?
