This PR was merged into the 2.7 branch. Discussion ---------- Shortening the setup section Proofing the setup function See #72. But this does not attempt to remove any potential duplication between this page and the download page (#15). The important thing are: 1) I moved permissions to its own page, but I kept the old reference in the installation chapter, because I think this is a common URL `#anchor` that people may have bookmarked or linked to. 2) I shortened the demo installation details - because this is included on the demo's README.
