While playing with https://svelte.dev/tutorial/kit/preload I noticed that only the first visit to slow-a was preloaded. Navigating back to the home and revisiting slow-a wasn't preloading.
This PR fixes that by ensuring our anchor element tracking is reset after navigation in addition to the existing reset when interacting with a different anchor.
