The run script dropdown in the GUI shows custom scripts from the wrong repo after focusing a different repo. Whichever repo's dropdown is opened first in a session, those scripts are shown for every repo's dropdown afterward until the app is restarted.

The command palette's run script entries display the correct scripts for the selected repo/worktree, so its only the GUI dropdown that is showing the wrong scripts.

Observed in Supacode 0.8.4 on macos 26.4.
