Requires #4804 to work, as the
--twitch-disable-hostingplugin argument is now marked as suppressed.Since these changes won't go into effect until October 3rd, they don't have to be merged yet. They should probably still be merged before the next release though, because I expect the API call to stop working, which will lead to schema validation errors.
