The `DefaultMetricsFactory` was removed from Spring Integration starting with version `5.4` The Micrometer is only an engine for metrics, therefore no reason to mention it in the docs at all **Cherry-pick to `main`**

The DefaultMetricsFactory was removed from Spring Integration starting with version 5.4. This commit updates the documentation to match. See gh-28375
