Table scans in logical plans that derived from UDTFs appear equivalent in
EXPLAIN outputs (and impl Display for LogicalPlan).
Systems using logical plan hashes as keys therefore cannot distinguish between
two logical plans that are only different in the arguments to the UDTF.
This affects caching results based on logical plans.
