Can you revert the "Update Package management files" commits created by running the Create Draft Release GitHub action? This is only intended for me making releases, not for individual pull requests. Thanks. (If you want to update package management files for your repo, please make the PR off of another branch which doesn't contain those changes. GitHub pull requests tracks branches.). |

This PR adds full Vietnamese (vi) translation support for the Sparkle framework. This includes localized strings for the update alert, progress windows, and error messages to improve the user experience for Vietnamese-speaking users.
Misc Checklist
Testing
I tested and verified my change by using one or multiple of these methods:
Verified that the update alert displays correctly in Vietnamese when the system language is set to Vietnamese.
Checked all buttons (Install Update, Remind Me Later, Skip This Version) for correct labeling and alignment.
Verified error messages (e.g., "No update available", "Connection lost") are properly translated.
Ensured that plural rules (if any) and special characters (Unicode) are rendered correctly without clipping.
macOS version tested: 26.2
