I installed restview and tried viewing packaging_guide.rst, but my code blocks display just fine without the changes. Not sure how Read the Docs parses their .rst files. |

Nope, looks like it didn't work. How do other people edit the documentation? I've just been flying blind all this time. Does anyone here actually know .rst? |

Maybe fixes #1140? I don't know how to view .rst files. Restview seems like it's designed for that. I'll try adding a Spack package later.
