And clicking it leads to a repo 404 page:

The tab should be hidden on OSS. In other situations:

  • On enterprise, when it's not paid for/enabled by the site license, it should be visible but link to the getting started page
  • On dotcom, it should link to the getting started page with a special CTA to "Get Sourcegraph Enterprise"
