Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to Code Intel > Configuration as a site admin and resize the window.

Expected behavior:

The right arrow that lets you edit auto-indexing policies should be visible.

Actual behavior:

The right arrow that lets you edit auto-indexing policies is not visible. See the screen recording below (I'm resizing the window by moving the left edge rightwards and you'll see the arrow on the right side disappear).

For a bit, I was confused "Wait, you can't edit a policy, you can only create new ones? Surely I must be missing something???"
