- What I did
There is a name conflict between "sonic_platform.py" and package "sonic_platform", to fix it, "sonic_platform.py" was renamed to "sonic_device_util.py" in another PR sonic-net/sonic-buildimage#2875 , to align with the new name, we need some modification

change name "sonic_platform" to "sonic_device_util"
