The original vlan subnet 192.168.0.0/21 conflicts with the deployed routing entry 192.168.0.0/26 and/or 192.168.4.0/26. Moving vlan subnet to 100.100.0.0/21 to avoid conflict. Signed-off-by: Ying Xie <ying.xie@microsoft.com>
