loganalyzer ignore TACACS message in test_srv6_dataplane_after_reboot

#### Why I did it
test_srv6_dataplane_after_reboot post test failed because TACACS error log, it's because this test case will reload config, which will cause eth0 restart, and TACACS config will update, if there is a delay, TACACS server will unreachable.
