What is the motivation for this PR? Create a new test script for container upgrade test that will take in specific parameters such as image_url_template os versions string containers string parameters file testcases file Will upgrade to each os version in the string Will pull all containers from string from docker registry Will run all containers with parameters from parameters file Will run all testcases from testcases file How did you do it?
