Please note that the following outstanding bug is not addressed. Unlike a fresh ONIE install of SONiC, using a dd with this blob results in the following failures during bootup:
[FAILED] Failed to start /etc/rc.local Compatibility.
See 'systemctl status rc-local.service' for details.
[FAILED] Failed to start System Logging Service.
Apart from the logging service, other functionality is not impacted. The failure is under investigation.
