Merging Azure's master
update to sonic-buildimage master
* Merged swss, swss-common and sai-redis with master, now supports new ConfigDB. * Changed startup script to work with supervisor for managing processes. Signed-off-by: Yonatan Piasetzky yonatanp@mellanox.com

it looks like a better approach is to build docker-sonic-base which is common for p4 and vs and then we can add different sai virtual switch into different docker which will help to reduce the huge duplication between them. will work on that later. |

Updated p4 docker to be aligned with vs - runs with supervisor, supports configDB.
