Revise kernel driver to duplicate nodes for support of lm-sensors, at fan and PSU.
Update sfputil.py to to fit new SfpUtil prototype.

- What I did
Change sfputil.py and kernel driver for AS7712-32X.
- How I did it

  1. Add methods for sfpUtil.
  2. Fan and PSU kernel drivers duplicate device nodes to fit lm-sensors naming.
    - How to verify it

sfputil show eeprom
sfputil show presence
sensors
- Description for the changelog

- A picture of a cute animal (not mandatory but encouraged)
