Describe the bug

Unable to open desktop application for macOS running 26.4. Similar issue as #343. Now with the proper code sign I can install without warning from brew, however opening the app does nothing.

To reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Install the application via brew and run the desktop application. The application does not open, nothing happens.

Expected behavior

I expect the application to actually open.
