* Vdb 1425 remove hashed keys (#120) * Update geth to use subscription version (i.e. geth 3) * Remove support for old geth patches * Remove dockerfile for extractDiffs command and use config file for extract diffs watched addresses * Add FilterQuery creation to streamer pkg
