As mentioned in shiftkey/dugite#1, this PR pulls the changes from https://github.com/francescoinfante/dugite/pull/1 into a version of
dugitethat we can use in GitHub Desktop. It's still not clear to me why this fixes this, and why only Linux distributions are affected by it, but I've published this to NPM under my named scope, so I can cut a release of the Linux fork of GitHub Desktop containing this fix.If this seems to address the problem as reported, we can investigate further and turn it into a PR for the main project. But for now, an interim fix will help unblock the original issues:
