Per WebReflection/ie8#15, remove IE9-friendly fixes to
ie8.js(keeping the browserify-friendly fix that allows it to work with zuul) and instead wrap its contents in aif (aight.browser.ie < 9) { }conditional. It might be nice to build a version for IE9 that doesn't includeie8.js, but this works for now.
