The test /html/browsers/browsing-the-web/navigating-across-documents/replace-before-load/form-submit.html
is intermittently timing out in CI. Sometimes the overall test passes (OK) and sometimes it times out (TIMEOUT).

This is likely related to the history.back() bug filed in #43886.

Seen in try run for #43700.
