In PowerShell on Windows .\servo.exe --help does not show any help, it just exits.

To Reproduce:
Steps to reproduce the behavior.

• open a powershell window and navigate to the folder where you have servo installed or downloaded cd \servo
• Try to run .\servo.exe --help

Specify OS, distribution, and hardware platform.

• Window 11, 24H2 64-bit
• 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13700 (2.10 GHz)
• servo nightly zip from 2025-10-27.
