Replaced `dynamic_options` parameter with a `config` object in `Builder`. Updated methods to extract dynamic options directly from `config`, improving class design and reducing parameter complexity. Included RuboCop directives to address method and class length constraints.
Deleted the unused private method `extract_dynamic_options_from` in `Builder`, streamlining the codebase and eliminating redundancy. This improves maintainability and adheres to clean code principles.
