Adds a way for users to view their soul file contents verbatim via `/leiter-soul` (backed by `leiter soul show`). The CLI outputs the soul body stripped of frontmatter, wrapped in XML boundary tags. The skill instructs the agent to display it in a code block without interpreting the content. Bumps SETUP_SOFT_EPOCH from 1 to 2 so existing users get a nudge to re-run `leiter claude install` and pick up the new skill file. Fixes `verify_epochs` to migrate old souls forward on re-run instead of erroring — previously any soft epoch mismatch was a hard error, making the nudge's advice impossible to follow.
