The markdown link's parentheses collided with the preceding "(edits settings.json)" text, producing a garbled URL. Move the link to a separate plain-URL line in the note block.

The link wasn't broken in and of itself, but the markdown renderer didn't like it due to previous content on the same line, so let's move away from trying to be markdown fancy.
