Introduces a shared SOUL_WRITING_GUIDELINES constant used by both `leiter instill` (new command) and `leiter distill`, ensuring consistent entry quality across both learning paths while keeping normal session context minimal. Template changes: renamed "Project Context" to "Technology & Environment", split "Corrections and Lessons" into "What Works Well" and "What to Avoid", added lifecycle note for contradiction resolution.
