Hi @MauryaGhogare,
thanks for your work. I'm sorry to say though, that we have already finished adding links to this example in #30949. It was also checked off on the issue and you could have seen it if you had looked for other places where the example is linked, as I have advised to do so in the issue.
I will therefore have to close this PR. Hope to see you back for another example.

This PR adds a reference to the plot_confusion_matrix.py example and the minigallery directive in the ConfusionMatrixDisplay docstring as part of issue #30621.
