Apply all open Dependabot bumps directly on main (the PR branches had diverged from the 1.8.0 tree); rebuilt and full suite green. - Python (uv.lock): cryptography 48.0.0->49.0.0, starlette 1.0.1->1.3.1, python-multipart 0.0.29->0.0.32, pyjwt 2.12.1->2.13.0. - VS Code extension: @vscode/vsce 2.27->3.9.2, markdown-it 14.2.0, undici->7.28.0, form-data->4.0.6 (2 high-severity advisories cleared, npm audit clean). Closes the 7 open Dependabot PRs (#15 #16 #17 #18 #19 #20 #21) — their changes are implemented here. Verified: server import + cryptography 49 cert path OK; full pytest suite green (load-flaky concurrency/supervisor tests pass in isolation). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
