Currently fails to install cypari2:

ocess.py",
      line 577, in run
          raise CalledProcessError(retcode, process.args,
                                   output=stdout, stderr=stderr)
      subprocess.CalledProcessError: Command '['gphelp', '-raw', 'Catalan']'
      returned non-zero exit status 2.
```

Now fails with

Failed to build primecountpy==0.1.1

which should be fixed by #41461.
